About Us

Tim and Kathy Norton formed T&K Properties in the early 1980s as a partnership, focusing on investing in and acquiring rental properties both as sole owners, and as partners with other entities. Together they built a portfolio of 600+ rental units in the Vancouver area, as well as Tigard, Milwaukee, and Gladstone. Tim also developed Tidewater Cove and Sahalie at Tidewater Cove, two high-end condominium communities on the Columbia River.

After Tims passing in 2023, Kathy formed KPN Properties, LLC and transferred the ownership of the rentals into the LLC, but she continues to operate with the same integrity, pride, dedication, and teamwork she and Tim built their business on. Kathy also continues Tims passion for giving back to the community through donations to various charitable organizations as well as providing affordable, comfortable, and well-maintained apartments, condominiums, and houses you can call home.
